Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by KAF Infotech LLP, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• Social Media Management
• SEO Services
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Video Editing & Content Creation
• Performance Marketing
• Custom Software Development
• UI/UX Design
• Consultation & Strategy Services
• Website Maintenance
• Hosting & Domain Services
• AI Automation & Integration Services

To begin any project, KAF Infotech LLP may require an advance payment ranging from 30% to 70%, depending on the scope of work.

Advance payments are used for:

• Project planning
• Research
• Resource allocation
• Team scheduling
• Initial design and development

Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable.

Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

Once any of the following has started, the project is considered active:

• Research
• Strategy
• Designing
• Development
• Content Creation
• Marketing Campaign Setup
• Advertisement Setup
• Consultation
• Any billable work

No refund will be issued after work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled midway, KAF Infotech LLP reserves the right to retain payments for completed work, development hours, design work, project management, third-party expenses, and resources allocated.

Our Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, and Advertisement Management services are billed monthly. Payments once made for an active billing cycle are non-refundable. If you wish to discontinue services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.

Website and software development involve significant planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Payments made toward these services are non-refundable once development has started. In case of project termination by the client, completed work may be delivered only after all outstanding dues are cleared.

The following charges are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated:

• Domain Registration & Renewal
• Web Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Premium Themes & Plugins
• API Charges
• Payment Gateway Fees
• Cloud Services
• Email Hosting
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Services
• Advertising Budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• AI Tool Subscriptions
• Stock Images & Licensed Fonts
• Third-party Software Licenses

These services are provided by external vendors and are subject to their respective policies.

Payments made for:

• Logo Design
• Brand Identity
• Social Media Creatives
• Brochures, Packaging, Flyers, Posters
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing

are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Reasonable revisions will be provided according to the agreed project scope.

KAF Infotech LLP shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Late content submission
• Delayed approvals
• Incomplete information
• Non-responsiveness
• Change in business requirements

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect billing due to our error
• Payment processed but project could not be initiated due to an internal issue
• Unauthorized transactions verified after investigation

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of KAF Infotech LLP.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Business closure
• Staff changes
• Failure to use purchased services
• Partial use of services
• Delay caused by the client
• Low marketing performance due to market conditions
• Suspension of advertising accounts by third-party platforms
• Violations of platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Website ranking fluctuations
• Server downtime caused by third-party hosting providers

All source files, website files, credentials, creatives, designs, code, and project assets remain the property of KAF Infotech LLP until all outstanding payments have been cleared. Final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment is received.

KAF Infotech LLP reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
